BeFab Be Creative Sponsor £300 worth of Textile Printing for a New/Small Business.

We know all too well how hard it is starting out. When we decided to set up BeFab Be Creative, our aim was simple. To try and make High End Digital Fabric Printing accessible to small designer makers, just like ourselves. 

To support individuals and businesses in creating long lasting textiles, heirloom pieces, that will be kept and loved. Good design isn't just for one season after all. 

Our aim is to allow people like you to work smarter by keeping our minimums low, at just 50cm, with no set up fees and not forcing you down the bulk order route. Safe in the knowledge that you are working with a UK based, sister-run company, who you can trust really do care about your printing. Enabling the designers, makers and artisans we're proud to work with to stay agile in an ever changing market.    

So in the spirit of all of that, BeFab Be Creative are looking to award one individual/small business, this year, with £300 worth of printing, to help and encourage the people we love to work with the most. 

We also have a few other prizes up our sleeve but those all depends on how much we like your applications.

Who can apply?

Any individual, business or venture lessthan 3 years old.

We're not very strict though, so if you don't fit this but can make a good case as to why you should still be considered in your application, that's great. This is mostly about supporting good people doing good things.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking to support a talented, capable and driven individual or business to give them a step up to create a collection or develop a project, whether that be Fashion, Textiles Design or Arts based.

How do I apply?

Step one: Create an account with BeFab Be Creative

Two: Design and then order a sample print* on your chosen fabric here.

Three: Fill in our application here.

*Sample order start at £7 to £9.6 depending on the fabric chosen.

Why do you need to order a sample print as part of your application?

It's important for us to ensure your work is 'print ready', to make sure the prints we later work with you on represents both the quality of our own printing as well as your design/art work.

Helpful hints

Sample print will be printed as per our normal sampling service*. These are printed at 20cm by 1/2 the width of your chosen fabric, you will receive one 1/2 and BeFab Be Creative will retain the other half as reference for application and future print runs.

What we ask in return

All we ask in return is for the recipient of anyaward to mention BeFab Be Creative on their Social Media channels as a sponsor, when posting any images of the fabric we have printed for you. There will also be an opportunity to take part in an 'Instagram Takeover' and accompanying 'Meet the Maker' blog post, all with the aim to promote and support your work, because that's the bit we enjoy the most.

Deadline

Completed Applications must be received by 12 noon on Tuesday the 28th of November.

BeFab Be Creative's decision will be made and announced within the following week.
